1. Sod Pickup Policy

• Advance Notice Required: All sod pickup orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

• Fresh-Cut Sod: Sod is harvested fresh to order. Once harvested, the order is non-refundable.

• Loading Assistance: We offer complimentary front-end loader assistance to place the sod on your truck or trailer.

• Responsibility: Customers are responsible for securing sod during transport and for timely installation to preserve sod health.

2. Sod Delivery Policy

• Delivery Window: Delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days of payment, depending on weather and farm harvest schedules.

• Weather Delays: Sod is cut fresh and cannot be harvested during or after rain. Weather delays may occur and are not grounds for cancellation or refund once the order is placed.

• Delivery Notification: Customers will receive a call or text when the driver is en route. Please ensure clear access to the delivery site.

• Unattended Deliveries: You do not need to be home, but any special instructions for placement must be provided in advance.

3. Sod Installation Policy

• Scheduling: Installation is scheduled after payment and confirmation of sod availability. Rain may affect scheduling.

• Site Prep: The area must be cleared of debris, old grass, and properly graded before installation unless site prep is included in your quote.

• Delays & Rescheduling: We may reschedule installation due to rain or saturated ground conditions that prevent proper sod laying.

• Final Walkthrough: Upon completion, a walkthrough will be conducted (if the customer is present) to confirm satisfactory installation.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Full Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of order to reserve your sod for pickup, delivery, or installation.

• Non-Refundable After Harvest: Once sod is harvested at the farm, the order becomes non-refundable due to its perishable nature.

• Refund Processing: Any approved refund prior to harvesting will be processed within 2–7 business days. A refund processing fee will be applied to cover administrative and transaction costs.
