Cobalt St. Augustine Sod for Sale in Houston, TX
A newer Texas A&M AgriLife-developed St. Augustine selection known for drought persistence. Even drought-tolerant sod requires frequent watering during establishment.
Why choose Cobalt St. Augustine?
Houston homeowners comparing water-efficient St. Augustine varieties. Choosing the correct variety depends on how much direct sunlight your lawn receives, drainage, watering practices, and expected foot traffic. Ask our team which sod is appropriate for your property before ordering.
Price, pallet size & delivery
Retail price: $279.99 per pallet (sod only). Shipping, applicable taxes, installation, and site preparation cost extra. TGM supplies sod to customers throughout Houston and surrounding communities, subject to delivery availability. Confirm the actual fresh-cut pallet coverage when ordering; exact square footage can vary by grower or shipment. A 450 sq. ft. pallet is a common sales reference, not a guarantee of the specific incoming pallet.
Request your sod delivery quote or confirm availability. Need old grass removed, grading, soil prep, and a new lawn installed? Request a sod installation estimate.
Before laying your sod
Clear old vegetation, correct drainage and uneven spots, prepare firm level soil, and schedule delivery close to installation. Install fresh sod promptly and water according to turf type, weather and the grower’s recommendations. Do not leave stacked sod sitting in the heat.
